I have this friend who hates this girl named Becky for something that happened in 7th grad(we’re freshman now). Supposedly Becky stole her boyfriend that she was "in love" with and they were best friends at the time. I don’t even know. That’s my friend’s side.

Anyways, this year, Becky’s in my geometry class. I was talking to my friend about the band All Time Low and me & Becky started talking about their concerts.

I texted my friend saying "I don’t know why you hate Becky so much. She’s nice to me" and she started calling me an idiot and how much she hated Becky. And how Becky stole her boyfriend that she was in love with. She was TWELVE in 7th grade. Supposedly she was in love with this guy.

So then, I was like "You were 12 Stephanie. I don’t think you know what love is at 13" She got really pissed off and was talking about how she never liked me and called me a "clutch pig" or whatever.

Why would she get mad about something so tiny? Me & Becky had ONE conversation and she goes off on me. That’s not the first conversation I had with her…I asked her if we had homework in geometry over the weekend in once. That’s about it. Should I just ignore her texts entirely?

What daily care does a guinea-pig need?

i had a guinea pig like 5 years ago when i was 9 (im almost 15 now). for my bday this year (in late, late july) i want a new one! since i was 9 i cant remember much on how to take care of it :\ .. can someone fill me in? i remember having to clean the cage out once a week.. ok well my dad did that while i occupied Maxwell (his name). (btw he died after a year, he had something called Bloat and there wasnt anything we could do about it). I also remember cleaning out his food dish and filling it with new food everyday and cleaning up after his poo. i gave him these little salt round white guineapig candy thing for him to naw his teeth on but thats all i remember. i remember it wasnt too hard, then again my parents helped…alot… now i think i can take care of one all on my own. is there any additional care im forgetting about? also can i use newspapers for the bedding of the cage instead of the bedding you buy in petstores? (cause i could just remove it & the poo on it, then clean the cage out, it would be so much easier than the bedding in the stores).

Hi~
My husband and I are working on opening up a full line pet store in Northern California in the next 8-10 months. We will have fish ( salt and fresh) , reptiles, small animals ( hamsters, rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits & Chichillas) & small birds. In the state of CA it is a pain in the neck to carry puppies and kittens so we will be working with shelters. But, we will carry all the suppilies and foods for all animals.

We are thinking of 3 names, tell us what you like best:
1. American Pets
2. Pet Paridise
3. Little Pets

Or can you think of a catchy name for a pet store?

Any ideas on what you like in your own little pet store would be great too.

I was suffering from anorexia last year for about 2 months after I was being teased for being a fatty by some of the workers at a shopping mall I was working at that time. My heaviest was 96 kgs about 211 pounds & my height is only 5ft 5.

In the beginning of my weight lost program, I ate very very little but 3 meals a day. In the morning I would eat a toast with low fat butter & then for lunch I had cherry tomatoes & then for dinner I had one boiled egg. I ate these same food for about a week & lost weight very fast. I would drop 2 kgs a day & then sometimes 1 kg. In the 1st week, I lost 5 kgs in total.

Then I stopped eating. I would go off without for 3-4 days & I would only drink less than a cup of water a day. I just never felt like putting anything into my mouth. I used the sauna everyday too(I have a portable one) & did the house work all the time just to burn off the fats even faster. I did this for 2 months & I dropped 30 kgs in total. After that for some strange reason, I started eating like a pig again & I’m almost back to where I started.

I am thinking of going back into that kind of dieting again because it worked so well for me & I got great results really fast. I was always obsessed at weighing myself a few times a day. Losing a kg each day is just very exciting. Personally for me, I think that’s the best way to lose weight. The other diets never worked for me. I am thinking of starting tomorrow.

Has anyone done this kind of dieting before? Anybody has or had anorexia? How fast did you lose weight?

whats the best, longest living rodent[as a pet]?

Besides chinchillas, rabbits, ferrets or guinea pigs& mice[too big or already have as pet]. something a little smaller like a rat, hamster or anything things else little. It needs to live till atleast 2 1/2 yrs and it has to be sweet to epople holding it.
when i said sweet to people holding it, i meant that i’ll be holding it a lot so it shouldn’t make messes on people.
ha! the degus is cute, but it needs a cagemate to be happy:(

I have a beautiful pot belly pig- SHE is grinding her teeth. Suggestions??

I know boars should have their tusks removed- Angelina has no tusks, but her grinding cannot be good for her. She does not like raw hides, carrots & pig ears would be so wrong in so many ways- There are no pig dentists. She won’t let me look. I get to feel around when I feed her peanut butter, but it’s tricky.
Any suggestions on what she can gnaw on that might help her teeth? Thank you for any suggestions.
She’s 6 years old, 300 punds (give or take a Happy Meal- & all her "meals" are happy). She is a rescue pet, trusts only me & doesn’t like men at all. She is a happy pig and I spoil her rotten but only with good stuff. Pot belly pigs are NOT supposed to be miniature- they are smaller than swine, but not the tiny ones. I had to sell my truck so taking her to the vet is a hassle. Thank you for your time. Love you God bless

well i’ll tell you mine.

not long ago i had a lot on my plate. i was trying to jam all my chores together so i could get them all done. i decided that my ‘pet-socialising-time’ could mingle with my homework.
So i was sitting at the computer desk, typing away, with my baby guinea pig hopping around my arms. The next thing i know its sliding its chubby body into the open hatch of our PRINTER!!!

all i could do was panic! he was wedged right in and sitting on an ink pad! so i grabbed the mother guinea pig and placed her next to the printer to persuad the baby out! Well sure enough, the mother wriggled from my gripped and PLOP. TWO GUINEA PIGS IN THE PRINTER!!!!

Heheh to cut a very long story sort… they were in there for three hours! and only to get them out by buying a screwdriver & pulling-apart the printer.
