Best Dryer For Dog Grooming?

Im away to open my own dog grooming business, where I did my training they had a cabinet dryer and blaster/dryer, our tutor said that there are cage dryers availabel or I could get a pig lamp and set up a little corner for which to use the pig lamp, can anyone give me there views, opinions or advice. Thanks
thanks for that, yes I was going to get a stand dryer/blaster to blast the dogs and use the dryer on bichons poodles, etc but was just hoping of another method for all the other breeds…thanks

Very first Pot Belly Pig Owner. I need some tips.?

The person who gave me the little piglet told me we need to treat like a newborn. I let it run around the house so it could get used to the house but I read you should start of one room at a time and that you should let the pig come to you. It runs away every time I try to pick it up. My 11 month son loves the little piglet and likes to crawl after him but I am afraid he is scarying the little guy. Now my dogs are a different they are trying to bite it. The person who I got the piglet from told me pigs make good companions with dogs and I read otherwise online. Please I am in some desperate need of advice/tips.

well. it’s in the dog section because there wasn’t a section for pigs

and since pigs can be as intelligent as dogs, why not?

I want an animal that loves to cuddle and be held and petted, I have tried for a very long time and this is what ive come up with:

Dogs- require too much attention, i go to school monday-friday for 8 hours a day and felt guilty because i didnt give it the attention she neede.

Cats- the laziest beasts ever! had a few and all they want to do is sleep, yawn, or look at you like you are entirely stupid (which i may be =])

Guinea Pigs- sweet little creatures, but a bit noisy and expensive to keep up =]

Ferrets- these are my favorite, such sweeties, but they are verrrry hard to clean up after…plus they steal your stuff

Any kind of rodent, spider, reptile is out because my mom HATES creepy crawlies and snakes and such.

So im thinking a Netherland dwarft rabbit. Tell me every thing you can about them im having trouble getting first hand responses from people. Which is the best breed, boy or girl, of course what ever i get will be fixed. What games can i play with them and how big a cage?
EVERYTHING you know would be helpful.

How do I give a guinea pig a bath and how do I take care of it??

So how do you do it, can I use a hair dryer I’m not sure cause he’s kind of tiny, do I have to use some kind of special type of shampoo… does he like warm or cold water? Please help me with this thing!!!!! Any other advices of how to take care of a guinea pig properly, does he like it in a small cage all day or would he like to be in a bigger box…Would he pass on some kind of desease if I kiss him (my mum thinks so)!! Thanks, I had 2 guinea pigs before but my cat killed them while I was at school, so do I have to keep my guinea pigs away from my dogs too?

My brother has a pot bellied pig who is almost a year old who gets along great with him and his wife and my parents. But when more family comes over, she nips at them. I have also brought my little jack russell home with me a couple times that the pig has been there and she has taken a few bites out of my dog. My dog is like my child so him being hurt, doesn’t make me happy when a pig bites him. He doesn’t know what to think of her or how to act. He’s not aggressive at her at all. I know they are a lot like dogs in that the humans have to be top pig or else they will show aggression, but is there a better way to keep them from biting others? Show her that us humans are the top pig?

Hi. I have a 2 acre yard and a lot of space within it. There are lots of oak trees and little lawn because of shade from the oaks. I was thinking about getting a pig. I’m in a family of 4 and we love animals. We have 2 dogs, a turtle, guinea pigs, crabs, fish, etc. and I think a pig would be awesome! We would build it a outside living space if possible? please tell me your suggestions.
can they permanently live outdoors if a shed and fence is built?

I have a vietnamese pot bellied pig, she is about 5 months old, and she has always been a good pig she always ate and slept with the dogs and was never any trouble but lately she has been running round knocking the water bowl over and she keeps trying to run off to the next field where there are some wild boars in a pen.
She also keeps screaming and there is nothing there. Does anyone know if she could be in season?
