OMG! His parents think because I make money I should pay for his bills!?!?!?

My boyfriend and I live in his parents house. I been here for about a year because I got pregnant. He got a car and since his sister works for farmer insurance she got him on insurance without even mentioning it until the first bill came… I paid for that since he has no job obviously. So I save money and waste money because I get paid good. Today I was laying down with our baby while he got ready to go spend family guy time with his cousins and friends and play basketball and his sister came waddling and started cursing him out to pay her. Then she’s all "I see you have no job and wasting money on all this crap (>fixing the car, clothes, HEALTHY food because they live off pig grease and fat<) and you can’t pay me" They know it’s my money. I MADE IT CLEAR I WASNT RESPONSIBLE AND WASNT PAYING FOR IT. He understands but obviously they don’t. The point is they expect me to pay and buy stuff that isnt my resposibility. I pay for some utilitys and take care of my child and his needs. WTF?!

thanks everybody! i’m usually not one of those activist people, and horses are my favorite animals (thats how i found the site) but the horses aren’t going to be killed if they can’t find homes, but the pigs will.

What should my parents bring from the US for my new in laws in China?

I am getting married to a Chinese man in October. My parents are coming to the celebration and want to know what to bring for my new in laws as a gift. I have asked my husband many times what they would like but he just says not to bring anything or to just bring some chocolates or candy. I am completely lost when it comes to gift giving in this culture.

My father-in-law is a pig butcher and also a farmer. My mother-in-law is mostly a housewife but also helps with the farming and is very devoted to Christianity, she converted a few years ago.

They live in a very small farming village of about 1,000 people (perhaps less).

What do you think is a good gift from the US that my parents can present to my new in laws?

Guinea Pig Care Sheets at Petco?

I’m planning on getting 6 to 8 guinea pigs when I move out of my parents’ apartment and when I went to Petco a few days ago I realized that they had care sheets for every animal that they have there. I was just wondering. Are Petco’s guinea pig care sheets about the things that guinea pigs need or are they all a bunch of quacks? I also have some questions about guinea pigs and one of my questions is: Can guinea pigs go for walks with their owners? My second question is: Can guinea pigs live without a cage? My third question is: Can guinea pigs learn their name when they’re being told something to do? And my final question is: How can guinea pigs tell us what they want at the right moments?

what pet is best 4 little kids?

my brother and sister r 8 and they want a small animal 2 take care of. they r not that responsible yet so no animals that require a lot of cleaning, feeding, maitinence. is that the word? anyway my sister probably wants a rodent probably. guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, amd chinchillas dont work. 2 big or 2 much work. ive had gerbils b4 and i didnt like them much. my brother might want a reptile. no animals that live more than 10 years. they will lose interest. also no animals that will probably attack another small animal such as a mouse. and my parents r divorced so the animal might have 2 live two or three days without attnetion. (my dad would make sure they had food and water, though.) these r kind of hard details so just give me some ideas or tips. oh and they probably dont want a fish, too boring. birds might b ok.
